Element Solutions LLC Brand Materials and Marketing

My role as a graphic designer and marketing associate for Element Solutions LLC was to design and develop a complete visual system that could resonate with government stakeholders while driving a human- centered approach to IT in the healthcare sector.

My work spanned from promotional video editing, analytics research, B2B networking, website management, content creation, and more. In my time at Element, I created a database of 100+ vector icons, proposal and contract templates, and graphics and copy for social media, web, and internal operations.

I streamlined our content strategy and leveraged performance analytics to improve our social media following by 33.3%. By improving our websites SEO, accessibility compliance, and user interface, I was able to boost engagement with a 111% increase in website traffic and a 55% increase in button clicks in 2024. My role also included onboarding operations and employee engagement with remote employees working from all over the United States.
